Appointment Policy

All patients with internal medicine problems are welcome.  Although a referral from your veterinarian is preferred, clients who know their pet has an internal medicine problem can refer themselves.  In all cases, the client will need to call and make an Initial Exam appointment before any procedures can be performed.

We do require the medical history be sent over prior to the Initial appointment.  Records can be sent via fax to 253-475-5926 or e-mail to technicians@vmrctacoma.com.  Radiographs can also be sent via e-mail or with the lab courier.  Your referring veterinarian will know how to send these.

Please come 15 minutes early for this appointment to allow time to enter your information in our computer system.  You can complete this paperwork and bring it with you by clicking on How to Make an Appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is appreciated.  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
